I made a reservation when it opened at 11am and was there for 1 person. Ordered Hakata's best memories set. First, oolong tea and vinegar. I was wary of the vinegar giblets because I thought they would be more sour, but it didn't really feel like that. The peppery taste is nice. The favorite Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) is ready and delicious. As I enjoyed Champon at the end, I wanted to make it at home as soon as possible!
