午前中の雨が上がるのを待って出かけた遅めのランチ
週末でもあることだし、こんな時はカフェでまったりと過ごすのも悪くないだろうと、満開に近い今泉公園の桜を眺めることができる『HAPPY HILL』へお邪魔させていただきます
建物の入り口に増設されたかのような部分はテント屋根となっていることから、天気が良い日であれば差し込む日差しが白と木調の店内をより明るく感じさせてくれることでありましょうし…
奥行きがある店内には思っていたよりも客席があるようですし、その間隔もゆったりとしていることから周りを気にすることなく快適に過ごすことができます
いただいたお料理は「ハッピーヒルバーガー」でありまして…
最近は甘みがある生地を焼き上げたバンズを使うお店が多いように思えますが、こちらではサクサクっとしたバンスであることが好みと合っていますし、挟まれる具材もみずみずしいトマトにシャキッとした歯ざわりが心地良いレタスと定番ながらもクォリティー高さが光ります
濃厚なチェダーチーズが乗せられたパティはしっかりとした歯ごたえとお肉の旨みを感じることができるものでありまして、トッピングされた半熟のフライエッグから流れ出る黄身をソース代わりにいただきました
さらにローストされたオニオンの甘みやピクルスのカリッとした歯ざわりがアクセントとなっていることもおいしさを引き立てる脇役として良い仕事をしていました
