春吉の朝までやっている超隠れ家的バーで拘りのお酒とご飯を楽しめる KAKUUCHI骨屋 。
渡辺通り駅から徒歩5分、中洲の川沿いから少し中に入った春吉エリアの住宅街に佇む隠れ家。
外観は細い路地に入ったマンションの1階にうっすら灯りがあり店名の入った暖簾がかけられている。
内観は暗めの関節照明と和の雰囲気がオシャレでカウンターにあるDJブースから音楽も流れる独特な空間。
真ん中のテーブルは角打ちスタイルで立ち飲み、周りにある小さいテーブルには椅子も用意されている。
深夜の訪問であったが店内は常連客を中心に満席。
こちらでは多数のお酒に合わせ、超凝りまくったスパイスカレーやラーメンも食べられるのが人気。
角打ちバーで出てくるクオリティを超越したカレーとラーメンが〆に沁みた。
■梅出汁と鶏せせりのカレー&浅利としらすのポークカレー
煮干しから取った自家製醤油とスパイスをベースに作られたスパイスカレーはかなり本格的。
梅の酸味とスパイスのカレーに浅利の出汁のコクのあるカレーをあいがけで。コク、旨み、酸味と複雑な味わいを楽しめる。
■鴨塩トリュフらぁめん
鴨の旨みと塩が上品に混ざり合ったコクのあるスープにトリュフの香りがたまらない。鴨チャーシューも臭みなく美味しい。
このカレーとラーメンだけでもまた食べに行きたいと思えるご飯のレベルにも拘ったバー！
