このお店が入っているソラリアステージのテイクアウトキャンペーンでお店をしりました。
位置はソラリアステージの2階で(西鉄電車の改札)
以前は昼のみを楽しめるお店だったような。
店内はこじんまりでカウンター席のみ。
自慢は類のスパイスと和出汁を使用し、九州の野菜本来の旨味を最大限に引き出した五感に響く化学調味料不使用の１２種類のスパイス九州の野菜、和だし、白麹。
看板の「ヴィーガンスパイスカレー」をテイクアウト。
化学調味料なしで程よい辛さ。
カツが2切れ・・と思いきや大豆ミート使用の「ちゃぶや謹製カツ」、肉かと思える美味しさ。
お米はミネラル豊富な酵素玄米、冷めてももちもち。
実は作ってもらっている間に目についた期間限定のチョイ飲みセット。
こちらはカレーの他にクラフトビールも自慢なようで、ついこちらも頂きました。

チョイところかお腹が起きる。
やはり主力のカレーは低糖質、本当に罪悪感なしなので
機会あればまた利用したいかな。
