福岡のいろんなパフェを探してたら
この時期のパフェはこちらが福岡イチ
可愛くて凝ってそうな感じだったので
お伺いしてみることに♪
古ぼけたビルの一画にあって隠れ家的な
佇まい。
でも隠れ家感満載なのに、どんどん
お客さんが入ってくるあたり、
地元では既に人気みたい。
たくさんのドライフラワーに囲まれた
店内は薄暗く静かでオシャレな雰囲気。
夜はバーでの営業をされているようで
カウンターにはいろんなお酒が
並んでいます。
11月末から始まった
季節のフルーツのプリンパフェ、
"イチゴのプリンパフェ"。
イチゴに囲まれたプリンと
バニラアイスクリーム、桃やオレンジ
などのフルーツシャーベットが
メインのパフェ。
飾られたお花が可愛い…
プリンがしっとり濃密、コクがあって
予想以上に美味しい♬
カラメルソースが溶けかかった
バニラアイスに絡んで二重余韻を
愉しめました。
食感のアクセントにグラノーラ、
下層はりんごのゼリーで爽やかな
フィニッシュでした。
まだできたばっかりだしお店の
雰囲気もいいし行けてよかった。
紅茶との注文で2,000円ちょっとでした。
ドライフラワーは購入もできます。
この辺りはどのお店も行列ができているので
こちらも予約していった方が確実。
お店がわかりにくい場所にあるので
ビル名に注意して訪問すると良いでしょう。
