今日の夜は新しく出来たコチラのお店へ突撃です！
実はオープン前日に前を通った際にチラシを貰い…
よくチラシを見ないまま台湾まぜそばに惹かれて、
オープンしてないのにお店に入ってしまいました…
２階にあるので中も見えず、失礼いたしました…笑
「明日以降また来て下さい」と温かな送迎でした！
そこから日を改めて、今度こそ無事に訪問です！笑
店内はコの字型カウンター、円卓、座敷席の布陣！
メニューを眺めて…今回はこんなオーダーでした！
◾️アテ盛り 5種(890円)
◾️台湾棒餃子 3本(290円)
◾️味玉ジャスミンの香り 1個(190円)
◾️台湾水餃子 5個(490円)
◾️ガツンと！台湾まぜそば ハーフ(550円)
◾️金牌 台湾ビール(860円)
◾️こぼれスパークリング白(400→300→200円)
本当は台湾風フライドチキンを食べたかったけど、
聞いてみると結構大きいサイズだったので次回に…
せっかく台湾料理店なので…と台湾ビールにするも
３３０ｍｌでこの値段は高い…普通のビールが吉？
取り敢えず味わいながらチビチビ飲みましょう！笑
台湾ビール以後は、オープニング企画があったので
飲むほどにお得になるスパークリングに変更です！
ただしコチラもグラスは小さめなので得なのかな？
１品目のアテ盛りは、５種と９種から選択が可能！
内容は料理長のおまかせなので今回は５種を注文！
今日の布陣は葱塩バンバンジー、おつまみザーサイ
ピリ辛砂ずり、くらげ酢の物、トマト杏露酒漬け！
個人的に一番好きだったのは、ピリ辛砂ずりかな？
ラー油のピリッと感と、山椒の風味や刺激が合う！
トマトは杏露酒の甘さで好き嫌いが分かれるかも？
お次は棒餃子！３本を選べるのは嬉しいポイント！
アテ盛りと言い、色んな種類を食べたいので良き…
餡はあっさりとしていて皮目のパリッモチッと感が
良い感じにビールのお供にバッチリ！こりゃ旨い！
味玉＆ジャスミンと言う文字に惹かれて追加です！
した味は醤油？黄身がしっかりと漬け込まれていて
最後に白身あたりからほのかにジャスミンが香る…
珍しいながらも、良いお酒のつまみになりました！
更なる追加は水餃子！これが一番台湾っぽいかも！
八角の香り効いてて、頬張ると口の中が台湾に！笑
餡は豚肉プリプリ、皮はモチモチで食べ応えアリ！
最後の〆は写真で美味しそうだった台湾混ぜそば！
〆のハーフサイズは嬉しい！良く混ぜて頂きます！
ふむ…タレは甘めな仕上がりで八角の風味が香る！
名古屋の台湾まぜそばとは全く異なる味わいです！
(おそらく名古屋がアレンジで、コチラが本場風？)
ピリッとくるも辛さ控えめ、刻みニンニクの刺激？
中太ちぢれ麺は、硬めの仕上がりでツルシコ食感！
挽き肉、もやし、ネギ、海苔と合わさって旨し！！
麻婆豆腐や、大きくて今回は他を優先してしまった
ダージーパイがあるので、また次回に挑戦しよう！
台湾の雰囲気が味わえて良かった！ごちそうさま！
