友人に予約して頂き、台湾料理食べ飲み放題、台湾夜市カシンフウ福岡今泉店に初めて伺いました。
国体道路から1本入った2階にあり、ぶあいそ・丸海屋グループの新業態で1階も同じ系列店になります。
階段を上がってみると台湾夜市っぽい照明や内装、空気感。
カウンター、テーブル、掘り炬燵式座敷があります。
座敷にご案内頂いて着席。
卓上には中華料理店らしく醤油、酢、ラー油がありました。
今回は75種食べ飲み放題で3,700円。
まずは烏龍茶からの、コースで最初から出てくるダージーパイと中華風スパイスを絡めたフライドポテト、ニンニク枝豆、えびせん。
そこから注文をしていきます。

料理自体は八角や五香粉、花椒が好きな方には良いんじゃないかと思います。
それらが豊富に使われていて、味付けもしっかりめ、ベースはちょっと甘めです。
台湾まぜそばはニンニクが効いて甘めの味付で、海老ワンタン麺は中華らしい湯麺、台湾ラーメンは相当辛くて私には無理でしたね(;^ω^)
辛い物好きな方にはかなりおススメです。
ただ、就学前のお子様は500円ということだったんですが、子供用の食器も無いし、そもそも料理で辛くなくて小さな子供が食べられそうな物がほぼ無いということで、小さなお子様連れ向けではありません。
お店としてもお子様連れを想定されていないんじゃないかと思います。
というわけで、香辛料たっぷりでスパイシー、辛い物好きな人方にはめっちゃおススメです。
