A restaurant famous for offal hot pot located in Inachika (restaurant district) in Tenjin. At lunch time, you can enjoy ``Taicha'' as the main dish, and you can also drink it for lunch. I went around Inachika (although it's not very big) and wanted to try some Japanese-style meal, so I decided to go here. There was a counter seat and a table seat, but since I was alone, I was guided to the counter. I was planning on having Taicha, but I found this menu. ♪ ◆Noodle Taidon (1,000 yen, tax included, credit card accepted) - Served in about 5 minutes. ◆Noodle Taidon: Thinly sliced sea bream fillets and 3 slices of mentaiko are served, giving it a beautiful visual appearance. There was a lot of rice, so I should have eaten less. (^_^;) *From above *The sea bream comes with seasoning, but it might be a good idea to add the dashi soy sauce on the table. *Mentaiko is medium spicy and goes well with rice. ◆The soup also contains ``sea bream skin,'' making it a delicious soup. ◆Yuko and pickles ◆It comes with a raw egg, so finish with ``TKG''.``Dashi soy sauce'' also goes well with this. ♪ It's nice to be able to have both sea bream and mentaiko. Even so, the number of customers seems to have decreased compared to when this place first opened. The pasta restaurant where there was always a line was empty, probably because of that, and the affiliated restaurants in the line were empty... People's hearts are fickle. (^_^;)
