サービスも清潔感ある店内も良いのですが、ピザ以外の料理の味が何とも残念。全体に火を通しすぎ。
鯖の燻製作り置きして暫く経ったかのような味で、バーニャカウダ、ウニのパスタも私は美味しいと思いませんでした。
特に博多和牛のタリアータはそもそも肉の部位が脂肪がくどいし(赤身好きなこともあって)、これもウェルダンで焼きすぎです。
食中毒の心配はないかも
薬院のガエターノのそれぞれの料理を100点とすると、ピザが80点、肉料理が40点、その他が50点ですかね。
スタッフはキビキビしていてとてもいいです。
