一年ほど前、“福岡大名ガーデンシティ”の開業に合わせて開業された『福岡焼肉kintan』
なかなかお邪魔することができなかったのですが、ゴールデンウィーク真っ只中に席を取ることができましたのでお邪魔させていただきます
10年ほど前に恵比寿に一号店を出店した『焼肉kintan』
焼肉にとどまらず、ステーキやしゃぶしゃぶなどの業態を展開されていまして、福岡は横浜に次ぐ都外2店舗目であるようで…
店内は一枚板のカウンター席のほか、ゆったりとしたロースターテーブルが並ぶ上品な設えであります
通常のランチメニューに加え期間限定としてスペシャルランチメニューが用意されていまして、そこにある「サーロイン・ユッケ付宮崎牛&仙台牛豪華焼肉セット」に惹かれます
先ずはサラダとスープ
りんごドレッシングとチョレギドレッシングが選べるサラダはみずみずしくパリッとした歯ざわりがおいしく、キャベツや鶏肉などたっぷりな具が入ったスープはその野菜の甘みを愉しむことができるものでありまして…
ご飯とともにお替わりができるとのことで満足感も高まります
そして“ユッケ”
生食用食肉の規格基準により提供するお店が少なくなりましたが…
こちらは牛肉の生食許可を取得されていることからユッケだけでなく肉寿司や生ハンバーグなどがいただけるのであります
霜降りのサーロインを使ったユッケはその薄ピンク色のビジュアルにテンションが高まりますし、滑らかかつzとろけるような舌ざわりとその甘みや旨みを愉しむことができまして…
ナッツの歯ざわりがおいしい醤油ベースのタレとさっぱりとしたネギ塩ダレのハーフ&ハーフでいただく味わいは名物を謳うに相応わしい逸品でありました
お肉盛りは“30日熟成KINTAN食べ比べ”と“仙台牛上カルビ”“仙台牛ランイチ”“宮崎牛ミスジ”“宮崎牛厳選赤身”“サガリ”であります
熟成タンの食べ比べはタン元やタン下でありまして、片面をしっかりと焼いたあと裏面は軽く炙る程度でいただきますと…
サクッとした歯切れの良さと溢れ肉汁の旨み、そしてそれを引き立てるお塩がしっかりと振られていることで満足できるものでありました
しかし、仙台牛や宮崎牛とあるカルビやランイチはランチで提供されるリーズナブルなセットメニューであるにもかかわらず期待を高め過ぎていたのでありましょう
系列店でいただいたアラカルトのお肉のクオリティーに及ぶことがなかったことが残念でありました
