The owner's particular style of handling everything from purchasing to preparing and grilling.From the first Satsuma Gokudori (Omasakura) grilled directly on charcoal, it was the best. Every part of the yakitori was delicious and I even ordered more ☺️ The plump burinburi (burin burin) heart was especially delicious.There are only 14 seats at the counter, and each piece is served freshly grilled. 今回も「さつま極鶏(大摩桜)直炭たたき」から美味しかった
焼鳥も野菜も美味しくて焼きたてを1本ずつ提供してくださります。
最後の長州鶏のそぼろ飯も美味しいので絶対食べてほしい逸品
