＊上から。パン粉のきめが細かいので食感もよく、カラッと揚がり美味しい。

◆海老はヒゲまでサクサクで美味しい。 ◆豚肉、白身魚、茄子と玉ねぎなど。

◆生麩に明太子のせ、これ好きですね。 ◆うずら卵、ヤングコーン、ブロッコリーなど。

最初に「小鉢」「サラダ」「香の物」「ソースと岩塩」「冷茶」が出されます。

＊お水では無く「冷茶」は嬉しい。 ＊小鉢は「蒸し鶏と春雨の和え物」で、お味もいいですね。 ＊サラダはキャベツを細く千切りにしてあり食べやすいですし、ドレッシングがいいお味。

◆ご飯は、白米か雑穀米を選べますので、雑穀米を。黄色の小さな粒は何かしら、食感が良くご飯が美味しくなりますね・。おかわり可能。◆お味噌汁は、お揚げなどが入りお味噌の味わいもよく美味しい。

There is a `` Fried Skewers restaurant'' on the second floor of a building just before Haruyoshi Bridge (though it's a long way away). In the evening, you can enjoy not only Fried Skewers but also Hokkaido and Amami cuisine. I happened to see a ``lunch guide'' posted on the street and decided to use it. The shop is on the second floor. The inside of the store is crowded with counter seats in the front and table seats in the back. I was the last person to enter the store before 1:00 p.m., so I took photos of the inside of the store after the other customers had left. There are 4 types of lunch, and I felt that many people were eating the daily specials, but I might not like it... ◆ Fried Skewers set meal (1,265 yen, tax included). First, Small dish, salad, pickled vegetables, sauce and rock salt, and cold tea are served. *It's nice to have cold tea instead of water. * Small dish is ``steamed chicken and vermicelli noodles'' and it tastes great. *The salad has cabbage cut into thin strips, making it easy to eat, and the dressing tastes great. ◆8 Fried Skewers *from above. The texture of the bread crumbs is fine, so it has a good texture and is crispy and delicious. ◆The shrimp are crispy and delicious. ◆ Pork, white fish, eggplant and onions, etc. ◆I like mentaiko on raw wheat gluten. ◆Quail eggs, young corn, broccoli, etc. ◆For rice, you can choose white rice or multigrain rice, so choose multigrain rice. The small yellow grains have a nice texture and make rice delicious.
