個人的な話ですが、西鉄天神駅の南口改札界隈って好きです。ちょっと道を一本入るといい雰囲気のお店が結構あります。このお店もそんなお店の１つです。
焼鳥と言えば、焼鳥ですね。ただし、串ではなく七輪で自分で焼くスタイルです。もう１０年くらい前でしょうか。出張で行った出雲でこのスタイルのお店に遭遇して以来、福岡でもないかなーと探していました。
お料理はどれも美味しかったですが、もも肉の旨さにちょっと衝撃を受けました。かたすぎず適度な弾力でかつ噛むと旨みが口の中に広がります。絶対に食すべき逸品です。
おつまみ系では、ほろ酔いのため相変わらず写真撮り忘れたけど、奈良漬クリームチーズが秀逸でした。
お店はカウンターで明るくオシャレな雰囲気でした。意外というか、女性の２人組が多かった印象です。４人とか行くよりは２人で行ってゆっくりお話しながら食事を楽しむのがいいかなーと思いました。もちろん、デートにも使えます。
