インスタでお店づくり期間の投稿たまたま見かけて
来てみたかったお店。夜鳴き蕎麦というフレーズに弱い笑
話してみると自分の知ってるお蕎麦屋さんとつながりが。
花巻蕎麦を頂きました。
温かい蕎麦なのにしっかりとした食感。
海苔と出汁の風味も良く美味しかったー。
その後のシメも貴醸酒と一緒に面白かった。
いいお店でこれはまた来るなと確信。
