ラーメンジェノバや魚介とんこつラーメンといった、一風変わった進化系博多とんこつラーメンを提供される人気ラーメン店「海鳴」さんが天神に2023/11/27にオープンされました。
看板を最初見かけたときは、ここに出来るんだと完成を楽しみにしていました。場所は西通り側の新天町の入口付近で、利便性は高い場所にあります。
店の外にある食券を購入するスタイルでした。
天神店限定の味噌魚介とんこつラーメンには非常に気を引かれましたが、今回は魚介とんこつラーメン(820円）を注文しました。
お店は２階建てのようで、人が多いときには２階に案内するのでしょうか、今回は１階での利用でした。
１階は円卓が１つで一応７人まで座れるようですが、荷物の置き場であったり、隣の人が気になってしまいます。できれば２階のスペースで食べてみたいですね。
麺は細くコシがあり、美味です。スープは魚介の旨みが効いていて、飲みやすいスープでした。葱や玉葱のアクセントもスープに合っていて、薄めのチャーシューもクドくなく美味しかったです。
次回伺う際には、味噌とんこつを注文してみたいと思います♀️
