へ行ってきました
ここのお店は元々佐賀でやっていたお店が福岡にも進出しました
メニューを見るとかなり高額になっておりしっかりしたお肉が出るかもと期待しました
注文は
極上生タン薄切り

肉箱(1番高いやつ)
にしました
タンとハラミは1度も冷凍されていないもので佐賀牛を使っておりました
タンは焼き方で味がだいぶ変わってしまうと思います
よく焼くと普通？
9:1くらいで焼くと美味しかったです！
レバーは多少スジを感じましたが肉の味はしました
肉箱は1人1万以上するのでもう一声あるといいかなと思いました
冷麺はキムチが別盛りでかなり辛いです
