七草粥の時期になりましたがSNS上で回さんが春の七草カレーをするとの情報を得て早速お邪魔。
開店時間を狙いましたが私以外全部女子じゃない！？
アクリル板で仕切られたカウンター席に案内されますが右も左も女子。
2階席も女子たちがじゃんじゃん上がってました…。
この日のメニューは七草カレーとチキンカレーのみとのことで勿論七草カレーをチョイスしましたがチキンを頼む女子も多かったな～(^^;
厨房はマスターご夫妻（多分）に女性店員さんが2名。
10分ほどでサラダとスパイススープが運ばれさらに15分ほどで七草カレーが運ばれます。
ビジュアル的には女子力上がりそう♪
七草と鶏ひき肉、カブ、緑豆をベースにスパイス多め、実山椒を隠し味に和風だしを効かせたサグキーマがメイン。
これに甘みがあるビーツとサツマイモのカレーに大根とジャガイモのカレー。
人参のクミンしりしり、紫キャベツのフェンネルピクルス、ピリッと辛い有明海苔のチャトニに柚子と数の子入りのライタが付きます♪
ライスはキチュリというインディカ米にムング豆を加えて炊いたスパイスお粥で疲れた胃を癒してくれます(^^♪
それぞれを味わいながら全体を混ぜていけばいろんな味変が楽しめます。
数の子入りのライタははじめてでしたがぷちっぷちの食感が正月らしい♪
スープとサラダ、ドリンク付のCセットにしてドリンクはホットチャイに変えたのでお会計は1,700円なり♪
うん、年末年始の暴飲暴食で疲れた胃が再生された気がする(≧▽≦)
