2024年2月3日17時半の訪問です。
とりかわを食べとうと雨の中お邪魔しました。
引戸を開けるといらっしゃいませと声がかかり満席ですのでお待ちくださいと順番待ちの椅子に案内されます。
15分程待ったところでお席にどうぞと案内されてカウンター席に座ります。先にとりかわの本数教えてくださいと言われます。4本でお願いしました。そして飲み物はサッポロ恵比寿瓶ビール(720円)トマトスライス(390円)胡瓜(150円)酢モツ(390円)をお願いします。
ビールがやって来て乾杯です。
酢モツが美味しいですね。
お通しのキャベツが乗った大きな皿にとりかわがやってきました。
早速いただきます。こちらのとりかわは全体的にねっとりしていて味は塩味がたっています。
焼物もお願いします。せせり(150円)とりきも(150円)豚バラ(150円)軟骨入りつくね(190円)
豚バラ美味しいですね、脂味より旨味が優っていて塩加減も良い塩梅です。
せせりもさっぱりしていてとっても美味しいです。
とりきもはタレですがやはり塩味がたったタレです。
九州は甘めの味が多いと思いきやこちらではそうでもないんですね。
瓶ビール、ヒゲのハイボール(590円)黒霧島ロック(520円)等等追加して1時間程でご馳走様となりました。
