あらゆるタイトルを総なめ！The Tabelog Award 2022Silver受賞！食べログ焼鳥百名店2022選出！食べログ焼鳥ランキング全国2位など・・・福岡にメジャー級なお店は数知れど今回ご縁あってお連れ様同伴で来店させて頂きました。
店内はL字カウンターで店主広畑氏のライブが入換制でスタートします！まあこれといって別に丁寧な挨拶があるわけでもありませんが・・・大半は常連さんなので、この前は？から始まる世間話で各コーナーのお客様と向き合う店主はフランクで取っ付きにくかと思いきや意外とフランクで話しやすい。
料理は前菜から始まりコース仕立てで、店主スペシャリテが次々と披露されていく！ささみ昆布締め、胸肉たたきポン酢ジュレ、はらみにぎり、中落ちにぎりとどれも素晴らしい仕上がりで美味しい。
鶏節のTKGはよくかき混ぜてね！いや濃厚な黄身があと引く美味しさだわ〜白レバーにレバーパテは絶品！白ワインでペアリングして最高なマリアージュを楽しみました。
鶏茶碗蒸しに、水炊き、うずら卵、手羽元、ハツモト、つくね料理と！全部美味しかった。
〆は鶏ラーメンと流石の人気店でした☆ご馳走様でした。
