福岡の夜は「三原豆腐店」を予約したんですが、予約時間は21時半。それまで何も食べないのは時間が勿体ないなと、0次会にいくことに。
何だか餃子の気分だったので大名の「餃子屋 弐ノ弐」へ行ってみると20人ほどの行列が…。待つのは大嫌いなので、今泉店へ行ってみたらほぼ待ち時間なしで入ることができました。ラッキーです。
まずはお疲れビールに「一番搾り ￥480」から。ビールを飲みつつ、0次回だから食べ過ぎないようにしなきゃと、とりあえず「焼餃子 ￥250」と「水餃子 ￥300」に「酢モツ ￥330」をつまみにオーダーです。
やや小振りの餃子はちょうどいいひと口サイズ。パリっと焼かれた焼餃子も、もちもちの水餃子もシンプルに旨いです。特に水餃子を噛んだ時の口の中に広がる旨みはたまりません。この価格でこの味はお得すぎるでしょう。
「酢モツ」も普通なんですがハマる味。コリコリとしたモツの食感にほどよい酸味が絶品。ビールとの相性も抜群ですが、焼酎にもピッタリ。九州で焼酎といえば、勝手に「黒霧島 ￥380」と思いこんでいるのでお湯割りで頂きます。
黒霧島をぐびっと頂いていたら、ちょっと口寂しい気分。ということで「ニンニクの芽炒め ￥480」と「スープ餃子 ￥350」も追加で。ニンニクの芽炒めはこれまた癖になる味。肉一枚にニンニクの芽を2～3本ペースでパクパクと食べているとあっという間に平らげてしまいますよ。
どれもこれも派手さはないですが安定の味。それでいて価格はほとんどが500円以下。0次会と分かっていながらもついつい食べ過ぎてしまいました。お店の雰囲気も活気があってワイガヤ系。ちょっと若いお客さんが多いですが、その活気に元気がもらえます。ここでお腹いっぱい食べたい気持ちに後ろ髪をひかれつつ、次のお店に向かうのでした。
