鹿児島県産の黒毛和牛のホルモンや宮崎県の日向鶏を食べさせてくれるというこのお店。
僕は初めて知ったんですけど「丸腸」のことを「りぼん」って言うんですね。
この日もやたらと暑いし蒸し蒸ししてて喉が渇いてたんですけど、この1杯のためにずっと我慢してたから
このグラスまでキンキンに冷えたビールが美味いことなんのって。
たっぷりのネギ、ゴマ、そしてなみなみとかけられたごま油。
プリッとした食感のレバーを混ぜて食べるとそりゃ美味いっすよ。
りぼん（丸腸）、にんにくタン、和牛ロース、カクマク、などなど、いろいろと頼んだんですけど
この日の一番はやっぱり「ガッシン」。
胃袋の一部らしいんですけど、シャキシャキッとした歯ごたえがなんとも美味。
ゴム系の食感だったら嫌だなって思ったんですけどこりゃ美味いですよ。
クセになりそう。
価格も良心的だし美味しいし良いお店です。
