ほぼ毎年、お雑煮のお餅は柳橋連合市場のお店で買ってるんですが、
今回はたまたま赤坂を歩いてたらお店の前でお米のいい香りがした
駒屋さんで購入することにしました。
大みそかの朝に開店と同時に訪問。
柔らかい丸餅が美味しそう～。
お店にはテレビ番組などの取材なのかサインがたくさんありました。
翌日お雑煮に。
我が家は焼かずに茹でてお雑煮に入れます。
ちょっとドロッとしちゃうくらい柔らかくするんですが
かつお菜（福岡ではお雑煮に入れる野菜）の味と相まって
お米の味が引き立つ気がします。
