前菜から鍋そして雑炊と蟹の美味しさを堪能
特に鍋のスープに染み込んだダシを使った雑炊が
格別に美味しかった
中居さんの対応もとても丁寧で居心地も良かったで...
今シーズン５回目の、蟹。。。
今回は、福岡です。
ズワイ茹で、毛がに茹で、かにスキ・しゃぶ、焼きずわい、
すわい味噌、釜飯、にぎり、押し寿司。。。お腹いっぱい食べてももたれません。。。
