どうしても蟹を食べたいと家内が言うもので…とりあえずカニ専門店をチョイスしました。私の中では蟹といえば渡り蟹が一番旨いと思っています。しかし九州ではなかなか北海道蟹を食べる機会がなく。個室はとても昔ながらの良い雰囲気で中庭を見ながら食事が出来ます。カニカニうるさいので毛蟹の一匹茹で、ズワイ、タラバの刺身、カニクリームコロッケ、タラバフライ、牡丹エビお造り、味の活き造りを注文。やはり、蟹は火を通した方が一番美味いかと。刺身はある意味くたっとしたイカ刺しを食べているような印象。あくまで私の私見です。コロッケ、フライはま〜美味しいですよね！毛蟹の茹ではかにみそはそこまでは濃厚ではありませんが美味しい。太良の渡り蟹を小さい時から食べている私としては渡り蟹の茹でが最高だと思いました。淡白すぎるイメージでした。しかしながらたまにはこういう所で食事もいいもんですね！仲居さんがとても親切でした！ありがとうございました！
