It's always so delicious. Really delicious. The restaurant is run by three people: the chef, his wife, and one apprentice. Of course, smoking is prohibited inside the restaurant. The counter is made of a single plain wooden board and the chairs are Y-shaped. The appetizers and the classic steamed abalone in sake are both excellent. Of course, the Sushi is also the best value for money no matter what you eat. I had the rolled egg omelet that was served midway through and one front and one back of the inari at the end. It was absolutely amazing! Also, in the winter season, the mackerel pressed Sushi is the best.

I returned to Fukuoka from my first business trip to Tokyo this year and made a reservation with Kai-san. As it was my birthday, I was given a bottle of champagne as a gift. It was my favorite vintage ANDRÉ HEUCQ. It had a well-aged aroma and was delicious. Thank you very much. Tonight, Kai-san's menu started with sea bream and ark shell sashimi, followed by sesame mackerel, boiled octopus, steamed abalone, Vinegared dish Matsuba crab, grilled pufferfish milt, and Sushi. The seasonal pufferfish nigiri and this time the mackerel were both extremely good. And the stable prawns were especially soft and sweet. The hot fluffy rolled omelet that came out halfway through the meal can only be eaten here. I finished off with a refill of mackerel and sea urchin without nori. I look forward to working with you again this year.
