平尾にある焼鳥屋さんです。
肉刺し盛り合わせは 馬刺し、たてがみ、砂ずり刺し、牛刺し、タン刺しでどれも良質でした。追加の馬のレバー刺しもしゃきしゃきした食感が良かったし甘みも感じました。
鶏皮酢はかなり固めの弾力がある食感でした。噛みしめると旨みを感じました。
牛タンステーキは、７００円という値段ではしょうがないかも知れませんが、ちょっと切りかたが薄すぎました。
焼鳥の中でよかったのは、鶏団子です。軟骨も入っていて食感も良いしなにせ自分のとこで作っているようで適度に軟らかく、旨みも感じました。
他に独特な食感のせせりとジューシーさが少し残った四つ身は、すすめられるメニューだと思います。
サガリも良かったです。
鶏皮は、焼き方は良かったもののタレの味が少し甘く感じました。
鶏レバーや砂ずりは、私の好みよりも若干火を通しすぎと感じました。
面白かったのは、ビオワインが置いてあったこと。値段も手ごろで、品質も良かったです。
