元お肉屋さんが営む焼鳥屋さんです。
メニュー自体は、通常の焼鳥屋さんと同じ感じですが、馬刺し、牛刺し等もあります。(メニューは多い方だと思います)
備長炭でちゃんと焼いており、CPも悪くありません。
何よりも、こちらは最近ビオワインを勉強中らしく、グラスでもワインを出しますが、ビオワイン5種類くらいは置いてあるようです。
ワインと博多風焼き鳥を個人的には追求していただきたいものです。
鳥のみのコースとビオワインという組み合わせだと、やはり大手門の「鳥次」ですが、博多風焼き鳥とビオワインの組み合わせだとここ「木鶏」ではないでしょうか。
(勿論ワインだけでなく、焼酎、日本酒等多々おいてあります。 何度か訪問してますが、ワインを飲んでいるのはお客さんの中で私だけのようでした)
