薬院駅から徒歩5分ほどにある焼肉屋さん。
誕生日で彼女がコースを予約してくれた。
コースは前菜の盛り合わせ、マッシュルームのサラダ、焼きしゃぶ、フィレ、内ヒラ、ランプ、ツラミ、焼きすき、ミスジ、外ヒラ、小腸、ミノ、まいたけの炊き込みご飯、きのこのスープ、デザート盛り合わせ。
トリコで美味しい焼肉屋では美味しいサラダが出るとの逸話があるが、期待できるような前菜、サラダの美味しさ。
甘辛なチョレギサラダのようなドレッシングが美味かった。
肉コースの一品目に出てきたおろしポン酢につけて食べる焼きしゃぶ。
クレソンと玉ねぎを巻いて食べるのだが、クレソンの苦味も一切感じさせないどころかレアで柔らかい肉の甘さを引き立てている。
絶品。
この時点で期待しか感じなかった。
その後も期待を一才裏切られることなく、出されたお肉は全てハイレベルだった。
特にお気に入りだったのはみすじと焼きすき。
みすじは溶けるような柔らかさ。
スープやん。
タレも甘く絡んでおりご飯何杯でも食べられるような芳醇さ。
焼きすきはタレと卵黄のフロマージュが凄すぎる。
柔らかい肉、甘だれ、濃厚な卵黄。
完成されたバランス。
言うことなし。
美味しいご飯を大切な人と一緒に食べられるって本当素敵なこと。
