今日のお昼は…目的にしてたお店にフラれたので、
近くで目についたコチラの中華料理屋さんへ突撃！
店内はカウンター席、テーブル席とけっこう広め！
ちょうどお昼時でサラリーンで賑わっていました！
ラーメン、ちゃんぽん等、いろいろとありますが…
入り口の看板で気になったメニューを注文します！
◾️今日のオススメ 焼き飯 餃子セット(800円)
オペレーションは2人で、かなりバタバタしてたので
待つこと20分ほどで、テーブルにセットが到着です！
焼き飯はしっとり感を残しつつも、お米が程よく油を
纏ってるのでパラっとした感じに仕上がっています！
具は玉ねぎ、お肉、卵、グリーンピースとシンプル。
玉ねぎは程よくシャキッと食感＆甘さ残る調理具合！
セットの焼き餃子は焼き目パリッと、皮しっとり…
餡はキャベツとミンチ肉、そのままでも味しっかり！
餡からふわりと香る生姜の風味が食欲をそそります！
あまりの忙しさに、一品忘れられていたらしく…
ほぼほぼ完食したタイミングで豚骨スープが到着！
人より食べるスピードが遅くて本当に助かったぜ…笑
スープは豚骨の風味と旨味は残しつつ後味すっきり。
最後に一口残った焼き飯でマリアージュを楽しめた…
街の大衆中華という感じでした！ごちそうさまー！！
