出先でヨキ塩梅の町中華があり、開店直後の時間に直撃。福岡市内の初見町中華で皿うどんは外せんでしょなので、皿うどん定食（ご飯＋餃子）をチョイス。
スープをふんだんに吸収したちゃんぽん麺がお口の中で米に誘導尋問をかけていき、あっという間のランチタイムでした。
他所でメニューに皿うどんとしか記載がなければ、パリパリのかた麺なのか？はたまた、ちゃんぽん麺のやわ麺なのか？どちらかわからないことがありますが、福岡市内で皿うどんとくればやわ麺。他所と製法も異なり、ねっとり中華アンを絡ませるのではなく、麺にスープを吸収させながら炒めます。その名も「博多皿うどん」といかにもご当地グルメチックなお名前になるとです。ただ、侮るなかれ、間違いなく旨い。お店の代名詞であるスープがベースとなるのでお店の食べ比べをしたくなるのは必須。
