I went in to eat Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot). It was a Friday, and I arrived at the restaurant at 5:15pm after work without making a reservation, but it was only open until 7pm, and by the time I left, there were a lot of people waiting outside.It's a popular restaurant. The inside of the store is large and has a nice space. Since it's a Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) restaurant, Other of the menu is rather limited, so I ordered horse sashimi, sesame mackerel, and cucumber and vinegar giblets. Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) comes in two flavors: soy sauce, which is a staple in Fukuoka, and miso flavor, which is highly rated by word of mouth. Since there were 3 of us, we had a hard time deciding which one to go for, but we ordered 2 servings of the standard soy sauce. The cabbage soup with the light soy sauce was delicious, but perhaps because the garlic was sparing, the taste of the offal soup was also light. I quickly ran out of ingredients for two servings, so when I looked at the menu to order more, adding offal and vegetables was the same price as a new order, so I ordered two new miso flavored servings. I thought the miso flavor would be strong, but it was also light and creamy, and the miso flavor was delicious. As for which one to recommend, it's a matter of preference. I personally like the taste of cabbage and garlic in soy sauce. Finishing off with Champon noodles. I left the soy sauce pot that I ordered at the beginning, and had a cassette stove brought for extra miso, so I was able to enjoy two flavors of Champon. The amount of Champon is usually enough for one serving of noodles, so when 3 people ordered 3 bowls of noodles, it was a bit much. Thank you for the meal.
