福岡へ訪れた際こちらのお店へ連れて行ってもらいました☆
ふぐが食べられるということで、名古屋からわくわくして福岡へ！
こちらのお店は創作居酒屋という感じでお料理のメニューも豊富ですが
出てくる品はそれも間違いないお味でした。
ふぐは身が厚く、とても美味しい！！！幸せーー！！！！
夏なので少し味は劣るという話を聞いていたのですが、全然劣らず美味しい。
食べるのがもったいないくらいキレイな鉄刺☆板前さんの腕が光る一品でした☆
その他、おススメという海鮮グラタン、アボガドの天麩羅？揚げたもの。
赤むつの煮付け、いわし明太子、などをオーダー☆
赤むつの煮付けはしっかり味がしみていて、
あぶらもしっかりのっていて、すごく美味しい煮魚でした。
添えられていたごぼうもお豆腐もいい味がしみてたなーー。
一緒にいただいた焼酎との相性はバツグンでした☆
その他頼んだ創作料理やグラタン、いわし明太子も美味しかったです。
でもふぐと赤むつが美味しすぎて
ほとんど覚えていないくらい 笑
店内は落ち着いて食事ができる雰囲気で
お子様連れのお客様からデートまで幅広く使えるお店のようでした♪
でも本当にふぐ刺しおいしかったーーー！！！
