知り合いの紹介で博多で鍋なら「とりなべマルニ」と勧められてお邪魔しました。
鶏鍋を食べた事はなかったが水炊きの方が良いなぁーと半信半疑でしたが… 完全に期待を上回りました！！
○白コース （金コースは事前予約らしい）
小鉢（卵とじ？湯葉）
酢もつ（鶏皮かも？）
ツミレのスープ的な？
レバーのパテとバケットにウズラの卵
鳥刺し（ハツ、ズリ、ササミ、レバー）
とりなべ（モモ肉、ささみ、野菜）
後作り（和蕎麦にとろろ昆布）
全てが最高に美味しかった！美味しいお店でも何品かは？？となる事もあるが、ここは全てが御代わりしたいレベル。 スープは深みやコクがあり、なんだろなぁ…美味すぎる！としか言いようがない。
ポン酢も準備してくれますが、そのままがいいですね。
店を出た瞬間に直ぐに来たい！と思うお店でした。
