以前から気になっていた焼肉屋さんヤキニク屋、玄さん。薬院駅から新川通りを平尾方面に川沿いを歩いて行くと、右手にポツンとお店があります。お店の入り口に炭が準備されてあり、炭焼きのこだわりが伝わります。
なんといっても数量限定の上タン塩(*^^*)肉厚で新鮮。さらにとても柔らかく、タン好きな私、こんなに美味しい牛たんは初めて食べました。
そのほかにも、ロースやカルビも絶品でしたが、またまた丸腸が見たことない大きさでビックリ。
表面が狐色になるまでコロコロ転がしたら、ジューシーな肉汁と共に、さらにビールが進みました。
