Hello, I'm Harukichi♪ I feel like I've found a good store. The shop is "Yakinikuya. Gen". On this day, I was really excited to eat Yakiniku (Grilled meat), so I went to the restaurant that I had been curious about, but it was packed as it was a Friday night. So, as I was wandering around the neighborhood, I saw the word "Yakiniku". So, that was the night I rushed to participate. The shop is rather small, with 6 seats at the counter and 2 tables for 4 people. However, for someone like me who loves ``alone Yakiniku (Grilled meat)'', it's just the right size. In addition to the regular menu, the menu seems to have a few board menus. In terms of the variety of meat available, it probably doesn't have a lot of variety, but I get the impression that they choose it carefully. Let's wait for the meat at the counter while snacking on the appetizer-style shredded cabbage (with vinegar sauce like the one at a yakitori restaurant) and the ``Namul (bean sprouts)'' we ordered for 300 yen. Well, the first thing I received was `` Salted beef tongue' for 1,600 yen. Wow, this is really cool. It's grilled over a charcoal grill, and even if it's rare inside, it's still good quality. Maybe it's because I wasn't expecting anything (sorry to the restaurant), but I was slightly taken aback by the quality of the meat. That's no wonder, and when I asked about it, I heard that they had just the right amount, and even though they had a lot of tongue, they brought out one that was really good on the ground that day. "It's a big hit," the owner said with a smile. Then there's the "Lean Steak 200g 1,600 yen" which is probably the restaurant's most recommended menu. This is priced at 8 yen per gram, and you can order from 200 grams. When I mentioned that I like red meat, the owner recommended this place. So, the thick Steak meat arrived all at once. The owner said, ``You can eat it even if it's quite rare on the inside,'' and that's true.In fact, it would be a waste if it was cooked. The flavor of the meat is very strong. It's seasoned with salt and pepper, so you can eat it as is, or use this delicious dipping sauce. Then, I was asked, "Do you like spicy food?" and when I answered "Oh~Yes," I was given sliced green chili peppers as a service. Eating this together adds a refreshing spiciness and aroma, making it quite delicious. I really want you to try this. I also tried the hormone-based "round intestine" for 600 yen, which was also really good. The fat is sweet. So, although I went into this shop without any prior information, I was quite satisfied. Afterwards, more and more customers started coming in, but everyone except me seemed to be regulars. The recommended jjigae soup, which is made in small pots one by one, also looked delicious, and I want to try other parts of the soup, so I think I'll be visiting again soon. By the way, the owner of this shop looks like a surfer (there is a surfboard in the shop) and seems to be working alone. He was a nice guy with a wonderful smile, so that gave me a good impression. People don't often say that I'm a nice guy, but I'm the type of person who wants to hit the waves and do whatever it takes, so I'd like to work with you again. Well then ♪ Harukichi.
