前菜には、トリッパ、イカ、生ハム、からすみ、紅芯大根…色彩も味わいも素晴らしい
パイ生地の乗ったスープは、新玉ねぎの濃厚なスープ
この季節に伺うことができてよかった
ふっかふかで温かいフォカッチャは、ローズマリーの香り
パスタは、バジルの新芽と、新牛蒡
これも季節感を感じるお味
とても美味しくいただきました
メインは、イベリコ豚 付け合わせの、外側がカリッとしたじゃがいも、ホクホクの蓮根、甘い人参
下にひかれたマッシュルームのソースと合って本当に美味しい
買って帰ることもできる、洋風七味ものっていました
数種類のハーブとスパイスを使った自家製との事
辛味はそこまで感じず、香りがとても良かった
デザートは、新じゃがのパンナコッタ、晩白柚のケーキ、生チョコには八角の香りをつけたジャムが乗って、よもぎのアイスクリームも香りも味も美味しい！
美味しいしか、言葉が出ず悔しい！

お店のスタッフさん達もこれだけのお料理を提供してくださる方々だから、ちょっとお話しづらい方かな？と、偏見を持ちそうでしたが、とてもフレンドリーでこちらの事にも興味を持ってくださり、楽しくお話させていただきました
