It seems that they have opened a restaurant in Tokyo, but I decided to try it in Hakata so I called them and was able to get a reservation even though it was the same day, so I decided to visit. Even after we entered the store, there were many customers without reservations, but everyone was turned away (we could have been shown to the outside counter), so it seems that reservations are essential. The carefully prepared skewers were perfectly grilled and all were delicious. I understand that they are busy at the end of the year, but I think the service was not good. I thought it would be a little cost-effective considering it was just vegetables and pork, so I thought I'd try it in a frying pan next time.
