魚は熟成効かせてて、お皿は魚が温まらないように、キンキンに冷やした器で提供してくださいました。
お心遣いが嬉しいですね。
食べ終わった後もキンキンでした。
おでんはというと、薄味ですが、汁はしっかり出汁効いてました。
汁飲みながら熱燗でいただくおでんは、最高としかいえません。
福岡の居酒屋のレベル高すぎですね。腰抜かしそうになりました。これを日常でいただけるのは素晴らしいです。
ちなみに、これでチェーン店なんですか？
って聞いたら、暖簾分けみたいな形でやってます。とのことだったので、他のお店にもいってみても楽しいかもしれませんね。
