フィリピン料理で一杯。薬院「Delgado's」薬院の路地にあるフィリピン料理の
「Delgado's」さん。デルガドの店ってことかね。
アビスパのフォワード・フアンマと同じ名前だ〜
そうか、フィリピンはスペイン領だったから
スペインの姓も多いのかね。
マンションの1Fにありますが
メインストリートからちょい入り込んでるんで
あんま目立たない感じ・・
フィリピンのビール・・サンミゲルを
これもスペイン語由来の名前ね。
んで、アテにボピスというフィリピン料理。780円＋税
ひき肉？と思ったら、ホルモンを
細かく切ったやつだって。
もう少しスパイス効かせてもいいなあ・・
入口にはなぜか聖書が平積み・・
呑んだビールも聖ミカエルだし
なんか、少し身体が清らかに・・なるわけないか。
