まずはビールで乾杯
『水炊き』は注文するとして
1人前でも量があるとのことで
とりあえず1人前にしておく
『胡麻鯖』
とにかく食べたかった博多の郷土料理
都内でも食べられなくはないけど
やはり本場で食べるのは違う
とにかく鯖の鮮度が良くて
どこにでもあるのが嬉しい
『牛すじポン酢』
脂はぷるぷる、身はホロホロ
つけるのはポン酢
このポン酢がまた販売してるくらい
美味しい
『水炊き』
銘柄鶏コンテスト日本一の有田鶏を使用
具材として入れるのは旨味がある
もも肉だけを使っています
こだわりのスープはガラではなく
丸鶏で摂った白濁スープ
明らかに色で濃厚さが伝わるスープは
具材を入れる前に提供され
その色が圧巻です
鶏肉だけは先に入っていて
野菜の盛り合わせを並べて
火をかけて待ちます
野菜が煮えたところで
取り分けていただきます
うまぁ～
旨味たっぷりのスープを吸った野菜は
ポン酢に着けなくて美味しい
しかしなんと言っても有田鶏がうまい
鶏だんごは軟骨も入っていて
主張し過ぎないけど食感のアクセントをくれる
もも肉もぶりぶりで
とにかく旨味というか味が濃い
様子見で1人前を頼んだけど
けっこう量が多い
でもまだまだ鶏を味わいたくて
もも肉だけをおかわり
オススメは別皿に取り分けてから
ポン酢を適度につけると
鶏の旨味がはっきり感じられます

本場の水炊きは最高でした✨
とにかく鶏がうまい
他にも鶏焼きなど気になるメニューも多かったけど、
いろいろ回りたかったので締めずに帰りました
また来たいです
