Sushi with only a counter. I made a reservation for the 7,700 yen course. Yuba with shrimp miso, Kanbachi and Tempura with sesame tempura, natural shrimp from Omura, salmon from Itoshima, bud greens from Kumamoto, red eggplant, from Yame, bamboo shoots, from Saga, lotus root, from Oita, shiitake mushrooms, Hyogo 1st year Oyster, ponzu sauce, lily root, plum meat, chawanmushi sushi, from Hokkaido, Kitayori Sushi, horse mackerel from Kanezaki Sardines from Tottori, soles from Hirado, cherry sea bream with kelp from Karatsu, natural cod from Goto, tuna medium fatty tuna from Tsushima, sea urchin salmon roe from Hokkaido, Asari miso soup, amberjack and mackerel with sesame dressing were my favorite flavors and delicious. Tempura is served piping hot because they watch the pace at which you eat and serve it one piece at a time. Sushi is of course delicious, especially the sea bream kombu. While drinking Japanese sake, you can also enjoy additional appetizers. Sea cucumber vinegar, grilled mackerel, and firefly squid vinegar miso. All I ate and drank was about 10,000 yen. The cost performance is really good!
