大名にある居酒屋、とりのてつさんに行ってきました。東京から講師の方をお呼びして講習会を開催し、お疲れ様会兼懇親会で利用です。講師の方から水炊きが食べたいとのリクエストがあり、一緒に運営していた方にお店の段取りをしていただきました。飲み放題付きのコース料理でしたが、馬刺しなども出てきてバラエティに富んだラインナップです。刺身は特に美味でしたが、肝心の水炊きの鶏がやや少なく感じました。お出汁は良かったのですが、〆の雑炊や麺類のボリュームがやや物足りない感じでした。ただ、講習会が終わった達成感とお酒のおかげで大盛り上がりでした。
