少し甘めの味噌と感じましたが、もつのコクがあり美味しかったです
ざ・博多のもつ鍋！！美味かった！！^ ^
もつは大ぶり且つプリプリでレベル高い。味はシンプルでニンニクもキツくなく美味。もつ鍋提供まで時間がかかると一品物のオーダーを勧められる。特に本日のオススメをかなり勧めてくるところがマイナス。
