大名にあるもつ鍋の有名店。博多は出張で何度か訪れてるので、以前から気になって行きたいリストに入ってたお店。
今回は100%プライベートでの福岡なので必ず来ようと決めていました。宿泊先の渡辺通からソワソワし出す夕暮れの天神・大名を通って来店。階段は狭めでなかなか急な作り。ずっと満席でしたので予約は必須だと思います。

・和牛もつ鍋 醤油味
写真のように綺麗に盛り付けられた状態で提供。ヒタヒタのお鍋にのっかったニラにスープをかけて少ししんなりしたところが食べ頃。少し心配していた臭みは感じず、スープの旨みに感動。たくさん入ったニンニクから出るエキスでさらに食用増進。真夏だと言うのに、汗かきながらあっという間に完食。
本当はイカのお造りを食べたかったのですが、どうやら総本店にしかないメニューだそう。そこだけ残念でしたが、もつ鍋って美味しいんだって教えていただきました。
