予約を忘れていてちょうど私たちの分が空いており入れました。休日などは予約することをおすすめします。。
もつ鍋はしょうゆがメインのイメージがありましたが、前田屋はみそをお勧めしています。
本当に美味しい。
私はこの時カウンターを利用しましたが、店員さんがカウンター越しに料理の説明をしてくれ心地よく食事をすることができました。
また自家製明太子ですが、見て分かる通り明太子だけでなく、上に北海道産の昆布と大分県産のゆずが乗っており、昆布のマイルドさとゆずの風味で今まで食べてきた明太子とは一風違った味わい方ができました。これもまた美味しかった。なんならもつ鍋はあらかた味の予想ができるので、明太子の方が印象強いです。辛いの苦手な人にもおすすめです。
福岡県に来た際迷ったら前田屋で間違いないです！
