丁寧な対応により20分かかったが、
おしぼりの袋にも記載のある店のコンセプト
「もつ鍋に、品格を。」は素晴らしいと思う。
まとまりのある味噌のスープが抜群にうまい。
ニンニクスライスが入っていて、パンチもあるのにゴクゴク飲んでしまう。
モツ肉のぷりぷり加減は、他店に勝るポイントの一つだと思う。ごぼうは、細長くカットされていて食べやすい、
〆はちぢれ麺で。
ランチがあるのもいいですよねぇ〜。
