2回目の訪問です｡
13時に電話で予約しました｡入店もスムーズ｡
こちらのフォーと生春巻きが好きで、セットを注文｡
ランチだとサラダがついてるのですが、糸島産の野菜にビーツの赤いドレッシングがとってもお気に入り｡野菜も新鮮でみずみずしい｡サラダが美味しいお店は正解だなって思います｡
最近は糸島産ブランドという言葉を福岡市内では様々な飲食店で見かけるのですが、
糸島産って掲げているところのお野菜は本当に新鮮で、取り扱いのお店に訪問する度に信用度が上がっていきます｡ここもそのひとつ｡
そして、一番おすすめしたいのが、生春巻き！
3種類のタレとともにいただくのですがコレが本当に美味しい｡
中の野菜のシャキシャキ感に、エビのプリプリとした歯ごたえ｡ライスペーパーのもっちりとした歯触り｡とにかく食べ応えがあって2切れでも満足感を満たしてくれます｡
フォーも日替わりを含め10種類くらいから選べます｡
スタンダードな味から、トムヤムクン風味や福岡ならではのもつ煮込み風まで｡
トムヤムクンフォーは辛さも辛すぎずでお気に入りです｡
器も白い三角でかわいいし、店の内装も木を多く使ったアジアンテイストでかわいい｡客層もランチは女性多めでしたが、男性を含むグループやカップルでの利用もみられました｡
まだ食べたこと無いけどバインミーも気になってます！
