福岡市でベトナム料理のお店を検索すると、人気ランキング１位に上がってくるのはこちらのお店。
意外にも大名の入り組んだ裏路地にあります。
たまに店の前を通って見ますが、平日よりも休日の方が満員の様なイメージ。
今日は何とかカウンター数席空いてたので待たずに初入店。
事前情報を調べて来ていますが、こちらのお店もご多聞に漏れず最近（多分今年）値上げされてますね。以前は単品フォーならば基本的に1,000円未満だったのが全て1,200円以上（フォーガー990円以外全部）。悲しい事です。お店の努力ではどうしようもないのは理解できます。フォーガー（鶏のフォー）でも良かったのですが、「豆乳坦々フォー」の単品1,200円にしてみました。
ただ、こちらのお店は単品フォーを頼んでもサラダが付くとの事。そのサラダがコレまたちゃんとしてて、備え付けのピンクドレッシングもめっちゃ美味い！
このピンクドレッシングは、紫玉ねぎかと思ったけどビーツの発色らしいです。目にも鮮やか。
フォーは、如何にも濃厚そうなビジュアル。ナスの素揚げやひき肉、青梗菜も入って、レモンが添えられていました。フォトジェニックな出で立ちです。
見た目通り、濃厚なスープにツルツルしなやかなフォー。お腹にも体にも優しいランチとなりました。
店員さんも親切で元気で良かったですし、味も最高に満足でしたが、卓上のセルフのお冷や、ドレッシングが、カウンターの3席に1つくらいの間隔で置かれているので、２席に1つくらいにしてもらえると助かります。自分は隣の人（間１席開けた人）よりも向こうにお冷のポットがあったので、水は飲めませんでしたし、隣の方もピンクドレッシングの存在にも気付けていなかった様に思います。
