たまーーにベトナム料理食べたくなりますよね！
そんな時はアジアティコへ♪
乳酸菌ソーダというものが出ていたのでキウィを注文。
爽やかなカルピスソーダ！！！きウィの酸味がたまらん～！
そして、大好きなうなぎとアボカドの生春巻き！
これ、美味しいんです！！！
うなぎの脂の甘さとアボカドがとろけて、そこにシャキシャキきゅうりの食感も入って、こりゃたまらん！！！
そして青パパイヤのサラダ。
パパイヤ系のサラダは辛い所が多いですが、こちらはマイルドです。
シャキシャキとした食感がいい。
そして揚げ春巻き～！
ソースにつけて、サンチュで巻いて食べると、もうそこはベトナム。
ベトナムの香りがする…！
そしてバインセオ！
お好み焼きみたいなもので、野菜やエビ、お肉を揚げた皮で包んでそれをまた野菜に包んで食べます。
これも、こっちでいう焼きそばみたいな味わいでもあり、でも香辛料がガッツリ向こうのものだから、なんだかアジアンティック♪
そしてグリーンカレー！
ココナツミルクが効いてあまくてマイルドでいいね～。
こちら、シナチクやチキン、茄子などスープだけではなく具材もボリューミーで満足感があります。
そして〆の豆乳坦々フォー！
いろんなフォーの種類があって面白いですが、坦々麺が好きなのでこれにしました。
こちらもマイルドですが、ちょっとピリッと辛くてフォーもツルツルで美味しい～！
別皿でパクチーも持ってきてくれるので、どんどん投入しちゃいます♪
パクチーの香り…いいよね…！
って事で食べすぎてしまいましたが、久しぶりに行くとおいしいなーー。
やっぱり、うなぎとアボカドの生春巻きが一番好きです(笑)
