パクチー、ベトナム料理、タイ料理が食べたくてこちらのお店に初めて伺いました(^^)
入店するとスタッフの皆さんが気持ちよく挨拶してくださる素敵なお店です☆
コース料理もありましたが、食べたいものを単品で取ってシェアする形にしました。
今回注文したのは以下です☆
⚫︎ゴイクン（生春巻き）
合わせ味噌、スイートチリソース、ベトナム風ポン酢でいただきます。周りの皮がツルツルもちもちで、海老はプリプリです☆合わせ味噌は北京ダックを思わせる味でした！
⚫︎エビパン
スイートチリソース、チリソース、自家製マヨネーズでいただきます。カリカリサクサクで、エビの風味・香ばしさもしっかりあり絶品です♡おかわりしたいくらいでした♡♡
⚫︎フォーガー（鶏のフォー）
スープはナンプラーがあまり効いてなくて優しい味で、ごま油が少しきいていました。鶏肉は鶏ハムみたいにしっとりしていて美味しく、野菜のシャキシャキ食感が良かったです。
⚫︎鶏のココナッツグリーンカレー
結構辛さがあり、あまりココナッツの甘味がない初めての味でした！野菜がたくさん入っていて、ゴーヤの苦味が結構出ていました。
⚫︎バインミー
パンがサクサクで軽くとても美味しいです！中の具はいわゆるバインミーらしくはなく、ガパオタコスチーズという変わった一品でした。バインミーよりもしかしたら食べやすいかもしれません☆
⚫︎筑後平野のパクチーサラダ
ビーツのシーザーサラダソース、アジアンソースでいただきます。
パクチーがシャキシャキで、意外にシーザーソースが合うことに驚きました！
アジアンソースはパクチーの味を引き立ててくれて美味しいです☆
⚫︎チャーゾー（揚げ春巻き）
サクサクだけど食べていくと外の生地がもちもちに感じます！ひき肉感が結構あり、あまり食べたことのない不思議な一品でした(^^)
⚫︎ベトナムコーヒー
コーヒーは結構濃く苦めですが酸味が少なく、香ばしくてとても美味しいです。そこに練乳を自分で調整しながら入れていき、好みの甘さにできます！
